Mission

In compliance with its governing body and within its available resources, the CSSS de Témiscaming-et-de-Kipawa strives to maintain and improve the health and wellbeing of its population by providing access to quality integrated services while working with its partners to ensure continuity.

Vision

The CSSS de Témiscaming-et-de-Kipawa, a human scale organization, intends to fulfill its mission as a self governing entity so as to be recognized for its:

• Leadership in delivering primary health care while integrating a biopsychosocial approach;
• Innovative strategies in the continuous improvement of its services;
• Ability to involve its staff, partners and population within the integrated health and social services network project.

Values

In order to fulfill its mission and to realize its vision, the CSSS de Témiscaming-et-de- Kipawa places the client at the centre of its concerns while taking into account the needs of the staff, partners, and community. To this end, the CSSS de Témiscaming-et-de- Kipawa has chosen the following five main values to guide its decisions and actions:
