The functions of the Human Resources Committee are as follows:
With a view towards good governance, it shall provide advice and make recommendations to the Board of Directors and General Management with regard to labour and management planning so as to avoid a labour shortage;
It shall support the institution’s management efforts and promote partnerships within the community in terms of recruitment and retention of workforce, i.e.:
Orientation of new staff members
Job placement of spouses;
It shall determine the institution’s strategies and positioning so that the institution can be recognized as an “employer of choice”.
