Human Resources Committee

The functions of the Human Resources Committee are as follows:

1. With a view towards good governance, it shall provide advice and make recommendations to the Board of Directors and General Management with regard to labour and management planning so as to avoid a labour shortage;
2. It shall support the institution’s management efforts and promote partnerships within the community in terms of recruitment and retention of workforce, i.e.:
   • Orientation of new staff members
   • Job placement of spouses;
3. It shall determine the institution’s strategies and positioning so that the institution can be recognized as an “employer of choice”.
