Administrative Organization

Consolidation of Support Programs for Services

A new organizational structure is being proposed, consolidating the support programs for services under the main authority of the Administrative Services Department. This department shall receive the support of a human resources and communications development consultant. The assistant head of General Administration shall undertake responsibilities related to orientation, archiving, access to information, and the security of information assets.

The organizational plan also provides for specific functions and responsibilities. Each department, however, is responsible and accountable for optimum management of human, material, financial, and information resources

Administrative Services Department

The Director of Administrative Services, under the authority of the Executive Director, shall be responsible for managing and ensuring the performance of the operational activities of the Administrative Services Department, i.e. human, financial, material, technical, and information resources. He shall act as a contact person for managers and employees in all aspects of management. He shall also participate and contribute to strategic and organizational management in collaboration with General Management and other members of the management team.
